We are currently operating under the ECO4 Scheme which is the fourth phase of the Government’s Energy Company Obligation, running until 31 March 2026. We have assisted the UK homes in all the previous Phases ECO1, ECO2, and ECO3.

Central Heating
FTCH focuses exclusively on providing households that do not have central heating with a brand-new system, allowing our customers to heat their homes with ease.
External Wall Insulation
External Wall Insulation involves installing insulation materials on the inside surfaces of external walls, creating a thermal barrier that prevents heat loss and overall improves the energy performance of the building.
Loft Insulation
This involves adding insulation material to the space between roof and ceiling of home, effectively creating a barrier that prevents heat from escaping through roof.
Air Source Heat Pump
Air source heat pumps are gaining popularity as an efficient and eco-friendly solution for heating and cooling homes. It provide a sustainable source of energy for residential heating and cooling.
ECO4 Scheme Eligibility
- Must be a Homeowner or a Private Tenant
- Home with eligible Energy Performance Certificate (EPC rating below D).
- Must receive at least one benefits
- Property must have an EPC rating of lower D, E, F, or G.
- Inefficient heating system preferred for upgrade benefits
- Low income (Less Than £31,000 annual household income)
